In 2009, after 10 years in the direct sales industry and after witnessing a sea of “me-too” products, we decided to leave the industry. Quite frankly, we had lost hope. Our belief in the model was still at our core, but we simply had not found the right company and leadership. That was until we partnered with Evolv and Garrett and Sylvia McGrath. The servant leadership culture within Team Inspirit is a blessing and Evolv had me at “Give.”

This Evolv business and our product are so much bigger than any one of us. It is not only an opportunity but a RESPONSIBILITY to share with millions who are thirsty in this economic desert.

Our hope as entrepreneurs has been restored and our passion is reignited.

A key success factor for us is we are simply looking for what we can get TO PEOPLE; not for what we can get FROM THEM. We have an incredible gift in our hands. Our team reflects excellence in all they do. We work for them and will always lead by example by our personal production. We cannot ask them to do something that we are not doing.

People are simply waiting to see if you have the leadership and consistency that they want to follow. They don’t want to follow a “quitter” or a “try-er.” They are looking for true leadership and “DO-ers.” We are honored to be DO-ers of the Word and this business.
